If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To start, they gave my fiancé’s ashes to the wrong person and now I’m having to fight in court for possession. Secondly, they allowed this same person to edit the obituary multiple times causing issues and then told me they can’t do anything to fix it because it seems like it’s a family issue. Yes, it is a family issue but when a person with no legal authority is running around causing problems and you deny changing the obituary back to the originally submitted edit you become part of the problem too. When my fiancé’s mother and I have reached out to tell you over and over this person has no right to anything yet you just say you aren’t involved, what were you even paid for?

Could not ask for a better group of people to help and guide you though such a terrible time. Absolutely the best and I thank them for everything they did for me and my family. I would recommend them to everyone.
