Joe at Sticks can handle about anything you want. They are equipped with a CNC router and have done alot of regular and irregular pieces for me.
Wood or metal, lathes are best. Don safety goggles - wood splinters blind, too.Keep the cutter sharp and mind the speed. Use a loop of 200-grit sandpaper to rough it out and 400 grit to finish it off.
