Customer service today seems to be lacking in many businesses today. This seems to be especially true of Weisser Glass. They had the attitude that if you don't buy here someone else will. They need to spend more time working with their customers instead of treating them rudely by refusing to answer questions.

I got a beautiful custom piece from the store. They were incredible to work with! So patient, kind, and thoughtful. Will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Extremely Rude …. They just give you a catalog and send you away…. Don’t waste your time. Buy online…. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE…

I've been going to Weisser for over 8 years. Rachel taught me how to cut glass and firing schedules and Sharon has pretty much taught me everything else I know. Their classes are great and no matter how hair-brained an idea I come up with, they help me get thought to paper(glass). Weisser has fostered a great group of local artists and hobbyists and I look forward to another 8 years in that community!

Yes we do, black, silver and copper in a variety of widths. You can find them on shopweisserglass.com
Sometimes a letting a little WD40 sit on it overnight or so will loosen it. Many times ground glass will accumulate around the shaft and prevent the bit from being easily removed. You can give us a call if you continue to have problems with it; 301-571-8966, Wednesdays through Sundays.
Hi Carol, thanks for asking! We offer a variety of stained glass courses for both beginners and more experienced students. Our current list of classes is on our website, www.weisserglass.com, so you can check out all the details there. You can give us a ring here at the shop at 301-571-8966 if you have any questions or would like to enroll.
Yes, as I recall they have beginners classes in multiple techniques.
