Would give zero stars if possible. Don’t bother going in unless you “look the part”. I play consistently and take golf seriously. My girlfriend and I came down from Frederick after a day out so I wasn’t dressed in “golf attire” and we got zero attention from the staff who were mostly either putting on the practice green or hitting on the simulators. Even after I was, clearly looking to buy the new Taylormade stealth irons, not a single employee thought it was worth the time to come and help me out or try to make a sale. The lack of any service told me all I needed to know about the store and we left without a single purchase. TLDR, go somewhere else or just buy online.

Horrible customer service. Was looking to buy a 3 wood and walked in to try the store for the first time. Nice guy at the counter was welcoming and asked me bring my clubs and come over to the fitting area. I went to my car, got my golf bag and headed back inside over to the fitting area. On my way over, I was stopped by another service member who started railing that I can't bring my clubs unless I have a lesson. Even after explaining my earlier conversation he was insistent on me not bringing the clubs in and did not even bother to check with the first service member who was waiting by fitting area. Was looking forward to buying a new club but was repulsed by the know it all customer service guy and walked out of there.

I've never seen a store like it. Simply incredible. Sad thing is it's the only one in the state of Maryland. But man, they know their stuff, and the sheer amount of technology and analysis they put into the custom fittings simply can't be matched anywhere. They have plenty of practice bays, too. Although it might seem weird or even exaggerated to have a computer tell you where the ball's going, don't forget that this is the latest and greatest technology in the field. I love this place. Plain and simple. I look forward to my next Iron fitting.

Yes. An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online. Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours from order placement for the gift card to be sent.
FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned by calling or emailing Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Online purchases may also be returned in any of our retail store locations. At this time, merchandise purchased in a store location may not be returned online.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.
