An abhorrent facility with the most dreadfully unhelpful staff working the place. Signage is slim to none and it isn’t clear which buses are going where. I was told by an employee that my bus was delayed 20 or so minutes, and after about 10-15 minutes I was told by another employee that the bus has taken off at least 5-10 minutes ago. Absolutely nonexistent customer service and not to mention the quality and state of the place is extremely dismal and quite frankly unsettling. Would NOT recommend.
