The service is terrible 😕😕😕. After waiting for more than 30 minutes for a dine-in order and other people who came after us and placed orders were leaving before us, I was livid. I demanded a refund and the manager was trying to give excuses why our order was taking so long... waiting on fries. Do I look stupid? They are dropping basket after basket of fries and wings. We were there a total of 40 minutes and no food. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings...

This place is absolutely horrible! I came in around 9:30pm on Saturday, July 30th. The Lady that was a cashier had a very poor attitude, was very rude and disrespectful. When I left (because she told me they were backed up and it would be awhile till I get my food) I told her “Nevermind then and thank you and have a good night” she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. I tell you this location always has poor customer service. They need to shut down for a week and get new people and new management and change this place around cuz the way it’s going it’s gonna end up getting closed down.

Well I stopped in to get some wings. But I couldn't hear myself thinking from the loud gangster music. Just the cussing and the foul language would run alot of customers off. If they would just turn it down it would be ok. Stood there and waited no one came up to the counter to help me. No one else was in the store . I guess they was having a fun time in the back just laughing and cutting up. I won't be back and I'll spread the word about this terrible Wingstop

Today is my birthday so I ordered my food online. I was happy the food was ready and rushed home to eat. The fries were so dark they tasted burnt. I ordered ALL flats and paid the additional fee and out of 15 wings I only had 3 flats and I HATE drumsticks. I also had less than 15 wings I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get another order. The person that I think was the manager NEVER offered me anything extra for their mistake and looked irritated that I brought the food back. My 3rd and LAST time eating here. Another patron came in and had a problem with his order as well. There were three females I only had contact with two of them and one mail. He was the nicest . I never got an apology and offer to make things right nothing. Got the food home on the second round and wished I had just asked for my money back. The fries were still dark as hell and the chicken was subpar at best. NsEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
