The doctor was ok, but other services and charges are terrible. They charged me $516 for routine visit. In addition, they keep sending me bills for more money. I’ve tried to reach out to their billing department by phone and by email with no luck for past 6 months, they just keep sending bills without any explanations what the bills are for. This is so far worst doctor experience I’ve had.

It was my 2nd visit to the doctor and had some issue with the bill that was generated for the follow-up visit. I made 2 calls to the office but somehow couldn't get my issue resolved. Then I had a chance to speak to Victoria from the billing department on the 3rd call. She took the time to analyze the issue and the problem I was facing. She promptly looked into my issue and assured me that she will escalate it to her manager and will do her best to resolve the issue. She kept me appraised of the proceedings in the meantime. The issue was finally resolved within 2 days and the bill amount was voided. Thank you so much for looking into this. Sometimes Customer Service representatives have a reputation for having lots of red tape and difficulty navigating the system to "get things done." You break down this stereotype with your responsiveness, and willingness to take ownership to ensure issue resolution. This is very much appreciated.

They are awesome just awesome. Dr. Jonathan Pajouh who is the foot and ankle specialist at the Neighborhood Medical Center did a wonderful job on my grandma’s ankle

I have been going to Neighborhood medical for many years. They are always efficient and have hours that work with any schedule! Even open on Saturday and Sunday and offer a full lab and X-rays.

Hi there! for a new patient it is $135 and for an existing patient it is $110 If you are an existing patient and just need blood work done it could just be a nurse visit ($35) however this depends on when the last time a provider was seen! Hope this information was helpful!
