The personnel was great to deal with. We had questions about transportation and different sight seeing things. The shoe shine guy is fabulous! Very uplifting and pleasant to talk with. The breakfast was very good and different options each day. The reception hours from 4-7 was nice. There was good music and great food. The singers at each reception time were wonderful. The pool was great, the work out room is very well equipped. The rooms were a great size and had everything you would need. The ac worked great. The only con for me was there were no umbrellas in the pool area to be able to escape the sun.

Stayed here May 18-23rd Had a great experience except for these few things - The pool was NOT open which was really disappointing considering the weather was about 98…. A little odd when I’ve visited every year from 2014-2018 and the pools always been open before Memorial Day. - Our room was only cleaned once during our stay despite asking many times. Here’s some positive things - they serve happy hour food, super nice to have coming back from Broadway - the rooms are spacious but the bathrooms could use an upgrade as ours was pretty dingy. Valet staff - literally want to give a HUGE shout out to Corey and his team. They were amazing in all aspects and no matter how busy they were they would always stop to say hello to anyone coming in and out. They work HARD and are out in the heat all day. Thank you for making our girls trip so amazing 💓

Staff at this hotel were so friendly & welcoming starting with the valets and front desk attendants. We were greeted by all staff that we encountered during our stay. Room was exceptionally clean & very comfortable. A great place to stay located near all of Nashville’s downtown attractions.

Loving Life

This hotel is convenient to the downtown area. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go without having to move my car and pay extra parking fees. There was an issue at check-in with my direct bill reservation but the front desk staff was very friendly and got it straightened out quickly. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. There was a well stocked breakfast bar that was maintained right up until breakfast hours ended. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, from the parking valets to the front desk staff to housekeeping. I will definitely stay here again.
