I can’t say enough good things about how awesome our stay was here during our Nashville trip!! Highly recommend! It was a gorgeous hotel & very clean. Great location to everything and the staff was amazing! Great perks too with the happy hour and appetizers they serve during. And that’s all included with the stay!! Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful if we had any questions. We had not stayed at a Drury before but this is our new hotel of choice when we travel.

We ended up here after the location we booked at sent us here due to their pool being down (first sign this was a great chain). The front desk staff was so incredibly friendly. My kids asked for a high floor, and they put us all the way up top. Kids were thrilled. The nightly dinner was more than snacks, it was a full dinner buffet. Meatballs and potatoes one night, Alfredo and baked potatoes another. Along with salad, hot dogs, nachos, soup, chili, etc. Plus adults get 3 free drinks from the bar a night. Breakfast was also good, homemade pancakes (not microwave ones), eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were legit comfy, the pool & hot tub were clean and great temperature. I have nothing negative to say at all. We travel to Nashville frequently for my sons medical treatments and when I can afford it, I will certainly be staying at this location. But for sure another Drury. I have def become a loyal customer of the chain after this stay. I have truly never seen customer service so great. My son even forgot his suitcase at the first location and they drove it over for us, and Kim and the front had already spoken to that manager before we even arrived and had it at our door as soon as the other hotel delivered it. We didn’t get to explore the area much due to the nature of our visit, but it was in a great location. 10/10 this is the place to stay.

Truly just a massive shout out to our waiter Steven who was excellent. Super timely, awesome sense of humor, great customer interaction, awesome recommendations. I literally gave him "something fruity" as my drink order and it was the best thing I've ever had. Some apple moonshine lemonade combo. It was delicious 😋 and the Buffalo chicken pizza is excellent BTW. But anyway, super big shout out to him. Al My room was great and all the customer service I've received was excellent!

Service was excellent. Management was always around checking on service and standards. The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the evening kickback hour was inviting and relaxed. Management went out of their way to look for my lost sweater. Enjoyed my stay very much. Close to everything downtown. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. Price was very reasonable. We are already planning another visit to Nashville, and we will definitely be staying at this location.
