I came in with my grandpa’s 1938 gold watch which had broken glass. The repair was expensive. It appeared ok when I received it—took it home and placed it in a drawer. A week later I went to wear it and the glass was broken. Armato refused to take responsibility, wanting to charge me again. Another watch store later told me that Armato put it in wrong and the glass likely broke by pressure.

Got 3 watch batteries changed and the owner got them done quick. Fixed all the times and dates on the watches as well. Very friendly and will definitely be going back for any other repairs I may need. Thank you!

Yes they fixed my watch, they fixed the two things I said were wrong with it... But I would have liked for him to look at the whole watch and see that the buttons stick when pressed. And would have liked to get my watch back cleaner than what it was when I dropped off.. for something like this, I wouldn't have minded for them to go the extra mile and take some pride in completely fixing the watch and basically returning it brand new...I would have gladly paid the extra money given the option.. but all in all yes my watch works but still needs work..
