Beautiful place, very well maintained. I have several friends who have been there for years and enjoy the neighborhood. Not your typical looking trailer park.

Once I signed on the dotted line I found out this is not truly a retirement community... under the age of 55 can move in but once I signed on the dotted line that was it ...if I would have known ahead of time I Never would have moved here... I was told they would fix the concrete since it is cracked and people can fall since the outside is the property owners responsibility they came and measured and I thought it was going to be done and it still is not complete a year and a half later also was told they were going to repair the fence they said the guy would be out on Friday well that was almost a year ago I guess they didn't tell me which Friday right? Also was promised 4 parking spots... Then when the snow came they told me I only have three spots to park 4 vehicles because they had to put the snow in that other spot which is ridiculous they can put the snow there but I can't park my vehicle there it doesn't make sense... And the man plowing the snow puts it all on my side and his side is totally clear which I have a picture of... Then the man that plows the snow stands in his window with his underwear on not one time but five times and the managers can't do anything about this I find unprofessional... That same man comes off his porch drunk and smelling of alcohol and confronts my boyfriend about something trying to push my boyfriend into doing something so that we could get in trouble and this man represents the park that's a dirty shame... I've been living on my own over 30 years and this is the Worst place I've ever lived... I do not recommend this place At All whether temporary or permanently to live!!!

We no longer manage the Park. Contact Bill Rendon @ 303-921-9021. I may be able to save you a call; RIdgewood is a senior park. At least one owner must be 55 or older and reside in the home they purchased. Only three related, or two unrelated persons may live in a home. The purchaser(s) and any guests staying for more than two weeks, must undergo a criminal background check. (Ridgewood is a state-accredited crime-free Park.) Recreational Vehicles must be kept in our RV parking which is charged $25/mo. No persons under the age of 18 years may reside in the park. No noise taht can be heard in another's home will be tolerated. Rules & Regulations must be obeyed or our attorneys will evict. Hope this helps.
Hello, yes, Ridgewood is a senior park for 55 and older residents. We have no vacant spaces but we have 2 residents who want to sell their homes. To apply to live here go to www.ridgewoodmhp.com and click on Apply here. There is a $30 application fee. Thank you for your interest, Beth
Hello Jacqueline, we do have a few homes for sale. Just so you know, Ridgewood is a senior community. You must be 55 with no minor children. Please give us a call for information on the homes @ 303 922 2821. Thanks!
Yes, absolutely, with a limit of 3 but no limit on size. We have a couple ourselves.
Sorry, we have no rentals at this time.
We have larger home that might be called a double wide. It's 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Lot 1A and currently for sale.
These are all older park models
I apologize for our Internet Service Provider....they have mis-catagorized Ridgewood. This is a manufactured home community for childless retirees over 55.
