There are rentals available from time to time you'll just have to call ofc and check for available ones

Hello April, we have no rentals, all homes are senior resident owned. Lot 39 is currently for sale and lot 43 will be soon, both are 2 bedrooms. Current lot rent is $495 but may go up with the yearly increase. Thanks for asking - Park Manager
