We came in looking for an office chair and found one we liked, but it was out of stock. Chris checked in the back for us, helped us look at other stores, and ultimately called his General Manager to see if he could sell us the floor model. Ultimately, we were able to purchase the floor model. Chris’ customer service was impressive and absolutely above and beyond. The product is also great!
