Should remove the word "urgent" from the title. Last week, I developed a respiratory cold. On Tuesday I scheduled and saw a PA. No issues with waiting or schedudling. Thus the 2 stars. Zero starts for the rest of the process. They took 3 tests, PCR covid, rapid strep test, and a strep culture test. They said, PCR would take a day or two, culture strep 2 days, rapic strep test half hour. They NEVER called me to tell me results. I called thrusday (2 days later) no results on covid or culture strep. The half hour test came back. Called the next day. The covid test results were in a day late. okay. Now it's day 8 and two more phone calls, with no results for the 2 day strep test. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO CHASE DOWN TEST RESULTS AT AN "URGENT" CARE FACILITY. That's LITERALLY the point of "urgent" care.

If I could rate this urgent care with negative stars I would. I made an appointment online, spent the vast amount of time needed to take pictures of my insurance card and ID, uploaded it and filled out all of my personal information. I got there at 3:30 for my appointment to learn that since I felt sick I was not allowed inside the building. I had to wait in my car for someone to come “see me” in my car. I waited an hour without a word from anyone. I texted them for an answer, as not one person entered that building since I got there. Three patients had left. I went inside to ask what was happening and the receptionist told me they were swamped. I needed to go back out and sit in my car. I almost lost it! Swamped??!! No one was there!! The receptionist told me to leave and she cancelled my appointment. That was after she told me “FU”. I’ve never been treated so horribly in a health care setting in my life. I hope they fire the rude receptionist but if they don’t let you in when you’re sick, what is the point of being a health care facility?? Never waste your time there. Just don’t go! They are so awful!! I give them a NEGATIVE 5 STARS!

Absolutely impossible scheduling platform and they set a covid test as a tele visit. I called to follow up and they said that's procedure. How is that a covid test at all? Ridiculous! Apparently it's a four day process to even get the test done. Icing on the cake, they randomly cancelled my appointment.

I came in with a deep cut on my hand. The PA saw me quickly and did a good job stitching it up.

I'm new in town, I don't have insurance yet.. I'm in pain and need to see a doctor. Does anyone know if I'm able to be seen as a walk-in and billed later?

Hi Joanna-We do see patients without insurance at our Urgent Care side, but there's a $150 upfront charge. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to bill later.
