Don't take a loved one here. They will leave them soiled, unbathed, over medicated and they just do not care about the quality of their job. I was truly so disheartened to watch a loved one get treated as badly as this. On top of it, the rudeness experienced by the nurse when trying to make inquires is absolutely nothing like I have ever experienced.

My 97 year old grandmother broke her hip and went to LCC a few days ago. During my visit today. The front desk lady was super helpful and friendly over the phone as well as in person. The Occupational Therapist was very helpful and kind. The only problem that I had was later when we pushed the call light around 6pm we waited 30mins then I had to go to the nurses station were the nurse said she will try to find someone. On my way to the nurses station there were two call lights also going off. While in the room we waited almost ten minutes. On my way out those same two call lights were still on, I only hope the nurse tech also got them after helping my grandmother. There was another light going off on another wing as I was leaving. I used to work in a nursing home and the main concern I always had/have is the the lack of nursing techs. In my opinion they are so incredibly important because if someone has to use the restroom, cannot wait 40+ minutes, tries to go themselves and ends up falling. Going to go back and continue to review their call light wait times.

It was horrible. Terrible and nobody cared. I never want to be there again.

Yes I think they do. My Mom just got sent there and her plan was to stay till she got strong enough to go home. Insurance covered it too.
