These apartments are old, dilapidated and in need of major repairs. The management is very unprofessional and lack any degree of professionalism. Most residents live here because they simply cannot afford anything else. They are poorly maintained and under managed.

Bottomless money pit. All bills were paid and they turned off the power without any warning. (Even though the bills HAVE been paid) In order to turn the power back on they want a fee regardless of if the bills had been paid days before the power was cut. The amount of bugs is outrageous. The list goes on and on.
