Poor management. Roshelle Brantley is a very rude property manager. AMC only have her in the office . Office been closed a month . Have to make an appointment for everything. Office open at 9am she wasn’t on site until after 10am .

When i lived there my apartment was infested with roaches & their pest control barely did anything so i just stopped requesting for it & tried to fix it on my own which i couldnt so i moved. Upon moving out they were taken over my new management & i was never sent my deposit even though the apartment manager told me my apartment was “immaculate “ & ready for a new move in. Now 60 days later im trying to get my security deposit back still & the manager claims she just moved me out as of last week. They say they have no paperwork for anyone who didn't move in after the last week of September so if you live here you better get in contact with the management because they are playing some serious games. This is not all of my complaints but im honestly just speaking on whats most important so more people can be aware

i love these apts they stay lit, the kids are nice out there, and the roaches are not that bad. plus the management does fun stuff on the holidays. i would recommended it.

The staff is EXTREMELY rude and arrogant! I’ve been here a whole year and have had 1 inspection. No pest control , poor maintenance, they take forever to fix one problem . Me and my kids had to leave our house to use to the bathroom for 2 weeks straight . Still trying to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau, health department whoever can come shut this place down ASAP

About 3 weeks ago I went and they are remodeling all of them, making new ones and they are giving new applications there is a new administration
