Great Management and Maintenance, been here for two years now!!! We appreciate the building upgrades and inspections that are done to keep our Apartment with no issues. Highly recommend these Apartments.

Just moved out but lived for 2 years. rent been going every year due to inflation but nothing new is added to the place. laundry room is shared, always dirty you need to clean it before using it. hallways always smell bad, especially around the trash chute. Jessi the property manager doesn't have the skill to deal with people and all she knows is how to get your money. if you need anything seek the assistant Val which is why I am giving this place 1 star. Still waiting to see how much of my security deposit they are taking, that's if I am getting anything back! Forgot to mention, everything looks old like you are living in the 80s, except half of building C. It caught fire around end of 2020 so it's the only area that got remodeled. Just checked their website the rent for my old apartment increased by 200$ it's crazy. just so you know, you will see the obvious reply "we are sorry to hear this bla bla bla" but you can't reply to their responds anymore.

Some of the amenities are nice if you are ok with sharing your apartment with bed bugs. They claim no apartment had signs of bugs even when you take 3 bugs to office to show them you found in apartment and the bites you received from sleeping in your own apartment. Then if work from home make you leave in the middle of the day notify you on a Friday that need to be out on a Monday so can do treatment and have to wait 4 hours after sprayed to go back in. Still woke up in morning with more bites. Office says won't break the lease and you either need to stay or pay anyways to leave even after asking for them to contact headquarters since make it hard to get ahold of anyone.

They do accept housing assistance, but only thru West allis, not Milwaukee
Max occupancy for a 1 bedroom is 2 people...they maybe required to move to a 2 bedroom...or be given notice as their lease states 2 people
