If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't walk. Ruuuuunnn.. from this place. I can't drive my vehicle I paid over 6k for because CFS refused to send my original title to tag office. Not once. But 7 times even the tax commission notified them. . Their response was we're the lien holder so we will do it when we feel like it. Now I gotta wait for these mfs to send my title plus pay over 1000 dollars in fines and fees because Glen, Dusty, and Jodie can't do there job...

I gave them a 3 stars because they approved me for a loan more than once BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO THE HARRASEMENT I GIVE THEM A 1. If you get approved for a loan please pay them people they money or communicate do not miss a payment or ignore a phone call because they will call you up to 4x a day from different numbers I literally saved 4 different numbers of theirs in my phone . They will text you as well .. they will call your list of contacts that you put down as references until you make a payment . They will mail letters to your house and they will take you to court if you miss months of payments so do not think you will just get their money and not pay them back because they will harass you and take you to court so to avoid all of that keep in contact with them if you cannot make your payment dates or amounts .

I needed an auto loan totaling $1500 in order to fully purchase my car. They set me up with this loan but with a 30%, when my credit scores were over 680 and 700. However, making payments proved to be a bit of a nightmare. To pay with anything other than cash, you need to visit this weird verifacto website that does not even offer a payment history. This charges a $4.95 convenience fee for debit cards and $1.95 for ACH but does not offer the option to actually select the ACH option. Each time I went to make a payment online, it never showed the balance remaining, let alone an actual payment history. I would have to call their office for those. When I was ready to pay off my loan, I was told that I had to go into the office to pay in cash or they would hold my title for another 30 days. Once I got into the office with the remaining amount, one of the other employees said the person I talked with over the phone should not have told me that I could get my title immediately by paying it off in their office.
