So for the usage of the month of July through August my bill went up. Although no changes have occurred in my home suffering through the excruciating heat they have the nerve to charge more because of prior usage for this time of year when it’s my first summer in this house. Then the customer service representative changed it to it’s what the meter read! B.S.!!!

I guess oppd turns off your power for $300 that's pretty pathetic lol hands down one of the most money hungry companies. Out there to make billions and not care about a single person

They have a monopoly on the power and their customer service and over all performance is seriously lacking. Power goes out and you can never seem to get an update as to when it's coming back on. People are on oxygen or have sensitive animals that require electricity, so to at least even be decent give people an accurate eta of when power should return. Worst company to deal with as they just won't answer, it pathetic

The first terrible utility company i have ever ran across. My account was charged 4 days before my bill was due in which i thought they charged me on the 8th, the due date . I found out that i did in fact have funds available in that particular account. They want a document from the bank when i have an entire bank statement in which i can see the activity and screen shot it to them. Horrible service and i am a first time customer. This should not be the only electric power source for Omaha. Seriously, we need smarter, better, and community builders. My bill went from $39.25 to $230.00 for their mistake, and the $30 includes a processing fee. Terrible and unresolved service from a terrible company.

Why is the payment office not opened on Saturday ? There are no people there in the payment booth.

Theres always a deposit unless u have good oppd credit whoch i believe is no more then 2 late payments in two years. I believe OPPD let you put half a deposit down and do the other half of the deposit when you get your first bill
