First let me start by saying I understand that covid has disrupted all our lives, however the state offices should do more to answer the questions and concerns of it's citizens. The wait times to get an answered call is ridiculous. Everyone you call tells you they are going to escalate your request. I'm wondering to where? They could never state who was getting my request in to upper management. When you ask for their employee number, they would not provide it. One gentleman said he's the only "Perry Ellis" here. When you call back, you find out they didn't have your info or have a record of your inquiry. All of this is very dis-heartening when a simple straight answer would go a long way to reassure you the state has your back.

I was caller number one in the cue on 7/28/20 and after being on hold for 3 hours and 16 minutes, I was hung up on with no answer. I called back immediately and was caller 95 in cue. I have been waiting at the Nebraska Dept of labor at 5752 Ames street now for 2 hours and 30 minutes! This is ridiculous considering I have one simple question. All in all, I am very unhappy with my experience! They need more offices with more staff!

I have been with a company for 23 years. I have built up alot of sick hours that were in our policy. They now want to take those sick hours away that I have earned according to our policy. Can they take those hours away?
