Went to drop off an Amazon return at this UPS store location. I am pointing out which store attendant was absolutely rude and needs further customer-service training. This attendant is a white-haired elderly man. He first snipped at me for not keeping my query code the original size for him to scan. (Like he was annoyed.) Then, without saying anything, he proceeds to open my package and takes out the contents. Holding them in his hands, he says to me very curtly “Flower pots? The box is too big for these.” (Again… speaking to me like he was annoyed.) Stunned at how this person talked to me, I raised my hands and stated that box was the same Amazon box that the items were shipped in and that I didn’t care about the box size and just wanted my receipt. As he was handing me my receipt, I said “You know, sir, you’re very, very snarky.” He quickly replied (while smiling) “Thank you. People like me that way.” I responded “Yes, I’m sure.” Then I left. That employee should NOT be working with the customers. He’s very rude and talks to you like you’re stupid. I’ll certainly take my business elsewhere — that’s for sure.
