I am blown-away how Jeff was able to save ALL my files, my wife's files, and daughter's files on a 7 year old Win 10 computer that crashed because of age and waaayyyy overstuffed C drive. Could not get my computer to boot up and figured THAT'S IT, I'm in BIG trouble. Jeff was able to slowly coax my drive to start, slowly saved EVERYTHING, installed a SSD hd , re-installed a fresh copy of MS 10, moved everything to new drive, AND he backed-up EVERYTHING to an external SSD portable drive that automatically backs up everything once per week, hands free. Oh MY!!! He "saved my bacon" and now my computer is even better than the day I bought it. Last thing, the cost for all this was very reasonable, far less than the so-called Big Box and computer geek boy stores would charge. AND it only took him 2 days, due to the complexity of everything he did. THANK YOU Jeff.

My laptop suddenly started having performance issues - everything was running very very slowly. I'm a remote consultant and was unable to work. I tried Geek Squad - a waste of time and $40. Then I decided to "try local" and I'm so grateful that I found Pensacola Computers! Jeff spent 2 hours on the phone patiently talking me through some diagnostics. He found the issue and my laptop has never run better. I also learned a lot about my laptop as well. Jeff is very knowledgeable, patient, and was laser-focused on solving my problem. We are currently only buying higher end systems less than 2 1/2 years old. Your best bet for getting the most $$ would be to list it on Craigslist or a local market page. Most computer shops will only give you a minimum amount.

We work on Surface Pro's for software issues only - for hardware issues, we recommend Microsoft's replacement service - even Microsoft won't repair them, they will send you a refurbished one as it is often more expensive to fix than replace due to the difficulty in removing the glued together parts when disassembling.
