Purchased a costly computer there several months ago and was told I would get tech support as needed. Called for support and now told it’s $60 per hour. Did remote appt and paid for help with settings. Turned on computer today and the same issue was back. Called them and was going to be charged again to do the same thing that didn’t work yesterday. When I declined to do that, was told to bring my computer there. A ridiculous thing to do for simple problem that can be fixed remotely if anyone knows what they’re doing! I won’t be doing any further business with them!

GREAT experience with Palafox Computers! I dropped my computer off last night right before they closed. Today I received occasional texts updating me on their progress and asking if extra charges were okay. The computer was fixed by the time I got off work today and was VERY reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and they treat you with respect during the whole process - very glad I chose them.

Sorry we don’t. There is an appliance repair store off pace Blvd. we repair drones, iPhones, iPads, all computers. We also do house calls. 😀
