The employee that is still wearing a mask is a rude and a whiny person. I did not bother to get his name. He fussed about having to take cash as payment because he would have to wash his hands if he touched the cash. He was rude and condescending in ALL conversations and basically forget that I was a customer trying to do business locally, and he was an employee. I asked for nothing special. He is the singular reason for this one star review and why I opted to have purchased from Dell and Amazon. After having done over 500 Google reviews he wins the award for WORST EMPLOYEE EVER. I will NEVER spend money there again.

Got there 6 minutes before closing time, they offered directions with a smile and didn't even longer over me, I never once felt rushed (even tho I did my best to hurry). They have a nice selection of new parts very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back! Also have had great customer service there !!

Shouldn't you call THEM and ask? We're just customers too, and I'm quite sure none of have their inventory memorized.
It is very well possible depending on what caused the screen to stop working, if it is something we can do the cost would be $70.

They replace computer LCD screens but I dont believe they offer cell phone screen replacements. It would be best to call them to verify.
I think you only need to bring the computer in. They should have everything else they need to troubleshoot such as keyboards, mice, power cords, etc.
Yes get it from an online dealer. You will probably get the correct one and better price.
The staff there is good and efficient, I repair my own systems. When I don't have time I take them there.
We do not handle any repairs for iPads, iPhones, iPods, or iWatches. Your best bet would be to either call and schedule an appointment at the New Orleans or Tallahassee Apple Store locations. You may also be able to call Apple Customer Service and have a box shipped out to you that lets you send your phone in for repair.
Sorry, we carry cables but no iPods.
They do have a fee structure (diagnostic, repair, etc.) plus cost of parts. I don't know what their hourly rate is, but I'm pretty sure they have a similar limit to any other shop (don't perform repairs if above $xxx amount).
