You have to get the right person. Drive thru in Trenton older short lady is very rude. Plus inside Chiefland branch 2 of the tellers make you feel like you are ruining their day to wait on you. I received a phone call from drive thru teller in Trenton office apologizing to me.

I love this Bank service and I love the people that work at this location but it is very inconveniencing when I need to speak to a human being and deposit checks immediately but they close at 4:00 and 5:00 on Friday and most people don't get home until after 5:00 and they're closed on Saturday so I have to drive all the way to Williston or chiefland from Bell just to see a human being if I need a check deposited immediately. Don't they know that people out here in the country work from sunup to sundown? They should at least stay open until 7:00 so that people who get off of work at 5:00 can go to the bank.

Great customer service from this branch! I was going to have to travel to this branch inconveniently from Gainesville, but they made it were I can do the same transaction I had to do specifically at this branch to the one closer to my location. Very nice receptionist I wish I knew her name.
