The Hospitality from Monica Pires is top notch, very consistent and cares for her customers. Every time i visit this location, I always leave with a smile on my face and something to always learn from since I am also into the hospitality field. The consistency in Monica is really a top notch that shows she just doesn't do it to one customer but to everyone. Monica will create a lot of raving fans for your organization and I think she needs to be rewarded for this. She is always training new staff but never loses focus with assisting customers and also still with speed of service. I just have no choice than to also rave for this Employee because it's one in a hundred.

These people are completely incompetent. I came here a few weeks ago to pay my mortgage, and then I started getting harassed by a lady on the phone saying that my payment has not been posted. That my money is lost. No one reached out from customer service to give me an update and I keep getting phone calls that I have missed a payment. How can you just loose 2k? I’m really frustrated, proceed with caution with this bank.

Today I went to the Lafayette St. branch of Investors Bank in Newark Ironbound. The bank was "closed" or required an appointment by phone. I had to go back home and teach online and was in need of assistance with my ATM card which had been compromised. I had to time to return home without a new card. Ms. Cruz, alone in the bank with just one other employee, assisted me from A to Z. So kind, so helpful and so competent. She deserves a raise for her ability to get a job done with no dillydallying.
