All of them are very kind and professional. We feel valued with them. They are very helpful when it comes to answering questions and concerns. They explain everything for my understanding and my peace of mind. Thanks a lot to all the staff for always being there! I'm grateful that I found them here in Jacksonville.

what is the cost of cataract surgery in one eye with medicare A and B, and Eqyiuitable medicare supplement plan G

Atlantic Eye Institute: Southside | Oct 2, 2020

Hi Mr. Falor! Your insurance should completely cover the cost of traditional cataract surgery minus any copays, deductibles, or co-insurance. However, you may be a candidate for elective options such as Laser Refractive Cataract surgery and premium lens implants that assist in ridding you of your glasses after surgery. These are not billable to insurance as they are considered not medically necessary and would be an out of pocket expense.
