There is an older bald gentleman that works the counter. He is ALWAYS extremely rude. I avoid him and this location at all costs. I drive to the location in Oviedo because their customer service is so much nicer.

Stay away from this bank. They tell you they value and appreciate you but have no customer service to back things up. It is the most aggravating and frustrating bank in the USA that I have encountered. You will find they delight in wasting hours of your time. This post requires that I select at least one star, but I refuse to award them any stars, and frankly I do not understand how they stay in business = Truly awful.

Worst customer service ever! Having a business account there is terrible. The online agent had an attitude, did not let me explain the problem and just hang up on me ! They don't do their job properly and then have the audacity to be disrespectful. They are not professional.

I didn't close the branch. As I'm a customer but I was told that it was not busy in the Deland .

Chase is not the type of bank that is on every corner. Once your out of Fl. The next is Atlanta Ga. You might want to check to see were else they are. Also Orange City Sanford that I am sure of.
Deland branch closed as well. I have to drive 14 miles south to Orange city
