I had to drive 40 minutes to this branch for an issue but it was totally worth it...first impression everyone seemed happy working there a lot of smiling faces. The staff looked great professional well dressed. I had an issue that I will not disclose online but Sadie helped me a lot I was really impressed how she got to the point with the phone bank, I tried myself but she has a certain professional calmness. She didn't rush me even though I was cutting into their time and I really appreciate that. Thanks Sadie.

Worst park the ATM NEVER allows tou to deposit cash is the Only PNC bank in the area the ATM near possum park won't allow you to deposit cash so I get these overdraft fees every month and service fees it's ridiculous I'm definitely going to a new bank within a few months

I personally have had a good experience using PNC. They operate smoothly with me, explain what I don't understand, and my money doesn't go missing like it has in another large bank system. Sometimes overdraft protection lags when they haven't updated the numbers on our accounts yet and I'll see a few days later that I'm negative but it's also my job to ensure I'll have enough & I know how the system works at this point 😅 They have been patience with my different frustrations & I feel they truly care about customer service.
