Amenities can’t be enjoyed since the apartments next door were vacant. Every weekend we see them crossing over to our apartments and the pools are filled with no room. We had spent a lot on bbq meat and couldn’t grill because of so many people who don’t even live here we’re sitting on all the tables. Our gyms have also became packed and I saw someone stealing weights. Our management needs to do something about this.

I’ve been living in this community now for about four days. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, he was very informative about the community and the apartment. three days after moving in I had some issues with my blinds not opening properly and the plunging i’ve had an amazing experience with Milton one of the “maintenance man” working at the community and he did his absolute best to inform me of the history of the apartment because of his experience working with the community. he went above and beyond with his service to make sure my experience living here will be comfortable. He’s definitely a breath of fresh air we had a few laughs. Lastly I appreciate them both and if your looking to move to the Tampa area I highly suggest this community. With their beautiful landscape, clean buildings, most importantly safe and quiet environment.

Loud tapping noise from upstairs neighbors using water, clearly a leak, property manager refused to do anything. Really unprofessional. Edit- three weeks later no fixes, I have emailed property manager several time, this is insane, they are refusing to fix anything, there is no insulation the walls which is causing the noise to be even worse.

I just moved into this community and Krystine made it a smooth transition all the way. Also the maintenance team here is efficient and is quick to respond. Milton made sure all my maintenance requests were fulfilled upon moving in. Thank you so much...
