Just so you know! Anyone who have family living in here , The staff are physically abusing the patients, They're chocking them! Punching them! And slapping them! Cursing at them and I do got the names of 4 the females! I'm sending adult protective services also opening up an investigation....These people will lie and cover it up! Again the staff is physically abusing the patients! This is not a false allegations!

I am a current employee I work in the activities department my supervisor is highly unfair and disrespectful plus the other management is very disrespectful they don’t care about the residence they don’t care about the workers they think paying them money and giving bonuses on our check is it gonna shut us up and keep making us work And that’s not OK we are currently doing state evaluations and I feel like this building needs to be shut down for good because nobody does their job residence don’t get the proper care even if you do do your job you will get falsely accused of doing something that you haven’t done and trust me I am walking testament this is happened to me four times before and something needs to be done. I tried reaching out to Brenda who’s currently the ceo but all she cares about her close friends and family members and the money.

EDIT: The woman was trying to tell me my dad wanted me to grab a bag, which is fine except I was nicely begging her to give me space and a couple minutes to cool down. WORST EVER, I WENT THERE AND COULD HAVE DIED DO NOT ALLOW LOVED ONES TO STAY HERE. I went to pick up my father on 6/7. The ladies on his floor were kind, but the lobby... I was getting frustrated (PTSD)and immediately left the building and tried to go to my car. Someone maybe a receptionist, comes out and is following me. I said please im not having a good time right now and I need some space i don't want things to get any worse" The woman kept coming as i begged her to give me space. She said she was calling the cops and went inside. My girlfriend went inside to ask for the supervisor, by now I was having an anxiety attack and quickly getting worse. troy studeny was the manager and came out talking about how he won't tolerate threats etc. I asked what threat, because I didn't threaten anyone. I'm frustrated and their keeps telling me to calm down I explained I'm trying to calm down but PTSD anxiety attack, yadda. And they only cared I was upset, not that three woman and Troy were directly responsible for a really bad panic attack and so far two smaller anxiety attacks... And they care for mental health patients. On their website they claim to care about all their guests, employees, etc. But I was a guest for an hour and now my two days worth my parents in Vegas was ruined and there was a very good chance that I would have hurt myself if my parents and gf weren't there to calm me down and lessen my symptoms. I tried from the beginning to defuse the situation, those two made it much MUCH worse. I don't understand how they can treat any human being like this. Anyone know what department I can add to the list of complaints against them?
