I truly love Dr. Hannah-Moussa, but unfortunately will be leaving. I have been trying to have his office fill out some simple paperwork in order to have my prescription covered by my insurance since October 2021. I've even had my insurance company resend the paperwork 4 separate times and even call the office. The office staff continues to say they will fill it out, but they don't. I have been paying full price for my medications for 6 months and just cannot anymore. Sad because I really do like him as a doctor and have followed him from practice to practice, but can't keep paying full price for my medication when I have full coverage.

Never have I found a physician that not only cares, answers my questions, gives me pertinent information, treats me like I’m important and isn’t in a hurry to get to the next patient!!
