Yes, the previous owner at the end did modify her hours due to left threatening health concerns but it never affected her smile or Customer Service!

I brought for return two orders for Amazon and they didn't ship anything to them . I had to call my bank for the refund.

Misleading to say the least. We brought in graduation announcements to be weighed and to purchase stamps to have mailed. We were charged $55 for 41 envelopes. She said your paying for the convenience fee. I said what convenience, putting a stamp on the envelope for me? I said stop and give me my envelopes I will drive to the post office, but because she printed the stamp with the date's I had to pay. I said well this is misleading, you should warn people your charging a premium on stamps. I took all of the envelopes and drove to the United States Post Office, where they helped with the rest. So long story short, I should have been charged $29.93 for 41 stamps vs $55. The ladies that work there are pretty unfriendly and the scale isn't calibrated correctly as the price of each envelope kept changing' except the contents within the envelope were the same. I asked what is the price of a stamp these days, she said I don't know. For a shipping establishment, you might want to know that. The Post office was a pleasant experience and I didn't pay a convenience fee, and they were very helpful. My business will be the USPS going forward.
