They were sloppy and missed a time sensitive test of mine (which I needed before starting a medication). My doctor from Cleveland clinic ordered this test for which I even gave them hard copy of the order. Yet they missed doing this test and put me in a precarious situation. I feel compelled to seek a legal recourse. The place for dropping off the urine samples is a mess. Please go to any other diagnostic center but this. They should get rid of this center altogether for being negligent and sloppy. I literally had to call corporate to sort this matter out. I will never forgive them. They really messed my medication regime. I am throughly distraught and disappointed. Customer service orientation is absent.

Worst quest location, checked in for an appointment I had, because wait time was pretty long I asked thirty minutes in if my name was on the list, lady came out three times to ask what my name was and I waited an additional thirty minutes just to be told my name wasn’t on the list.

I went on Friday and yes it is a different experience checking in etc. etc. but we need to get with the times. I was greeted by a young lady Destiny and she brought me to her blood drawing room and was just so professional and she is 22 and she by far has been the best for drawing blood from me. Its great seeing these young ones being the next generation in the Medical field. Destiny put me at ease right away and actually took a personal interest in me. Keep up the good work Destiny.
