The food is good. But the lady is very unfriendly and rude. There is a bit of a language barrier sometimes which is understandable but while I am patient she will just hang up the phone or be nasty. It uncalled for. If it wasnt for the food and convenience they would have a lot less customers. Takeout is the best way less interaction

My go to is general tso. There is no broccoli inn the dish except in the corners and it's delicious. Anywhere I've had it there is no broccoli. As far as the cream cheese... I've never had an issue. I love NY Chinese! It's the best on the county.
