Only good thing about this store is that it's close to my house. But I'm usually better driving to a farther away one. This one is so slow. It's usually at least a 20 minute wait... lost time it was an hour and 10 minutes. This lady is so SLOW!!

I wish I could give this less there’s usually two people a young girl that follows an old lady around like lost puppy that either wasn’t trained well enough or just doesn’t know what she’s doing and the old rude lady has no customer skills I rather make the drive to estrella than deal with them or go to fedex

This place is Robbery. They charge for their tape🤦🏾‍♀️ when u return things back from Amazon it's on there, no need to pack nothing up just show them the barcode. This place want you to pack your things up and tape it. If you bring in a box and it's not taped they charge you and it's Nothing but 1 small strip of tape. This place needs to be Closed down. I go to other places and just give them my items they scan it pack it and that's it. No Charge at all. I DO NOT LIKE THIS PLACE AND THE OLDER LADY IS RUDE
