Brought my Mother, and great nephew into this location, was told after my mother and sick Nephew went back to see the doctor, me and my 6yr old son couldn't sit in the lobby, because it was 4 of us. I stood outside and watched 4 people come in all night and nobody said a word to them. I even took a screen shot of the covid protocol and it said nothing to the effect that we couldn't sit in the lobby. Made me feel like because we were black it was a problem. Not cool Phoenix children west Valley!

I took my 1yr old due to persistent fevers and it ended up being a slight ear infection. I was in and out of there in less than 2hrs. What's even more convenient is that there is a CVS not too far out and his meds were sent over ASAP. CVS took forever to fill the meds, but aside that, I recommend to give this place a chance instead of going all the way to PCH. The only cpncern is that I ended up with someone else's discharge paperwork and my son's, so just make sure you have all your paperwork to ensure it's not given to the wrong person. However, I do understand other parents' frustration with their experiences, but I appreciated how efficient they were.

The doctor DR. BULLOCH R. BLAKE totally brushed off my concerns. Seems like that’s the usual here after reading the reviews. My daughter has been sick going on two weeks now. High heart rate, bad cough, fever, not eating, and super lethargic. Doctor was very condescending and only listened to my daughters lungs for a few seconds before telling me “there is nothing I can do for you”. Don’t waste your time here if your kids are sick. Update: Brought my daughter into the ER and she’s been admitted for bacterial pneumonia and she was extremely dehydrated! I’m so upset that we were just dismissed like NOTHING. Do not take your babies here! Absolutely disgusting treatment.

The Urgent Care portion opens at 5pm, prior to that it is for Specialty appointments
Try sitting in the bathroom with the hot water shower running. This will help the airway passages open up. Also getting an oil diffuser and filling it with peppermint oil in the bathroom with steam helps as well.
Wait times on callbacks depends on the time of day and how busy they are. I recommend to keep calling until someone picks up.

Urgent care at this location is after 5. Its specialty clinics during the day. We have an urgent care at 51st Ave or 59th Ave just north of 101.
They take a lot of insurances, but I would call and the staff would be more than happy to help you with any questions you have.

No, need to use Banner Emergency services on 91st Ave and Thomas Rd.
