Prices are OK for what I needed. However, asked about delivery and they quoted almost $150 for a towable engine hoist 5 miles! Got it myself with my truck, they charge way too much for delivery!

I went in to order two guide bars and four chains for my chain saws. Couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. The guy helping me got frustrated because he didn’t have anything I wanted in stock. I sat there for 15 mins while he tried figuring out how to order my items. He couldn’t figure it out so he got more frustrated. So I suggested that he figure out how to order the stuff and call me later for my credit card number. He never called me and when I called the next day they had no record of my order. The person on the phone was rude and short with me as well. Not sure what I have to do to order my stuff. Lol but I’m not goin back if they can’t get a simple order fulfilled. Gonna take my business else where. If I could I’d give them less than one star.
