Pleasure from the beginning all the way to buying a new car. From initially putting inquiries in for new vehicles, to the dealer contacting me letting me know they had the car on the hauler sitting in the lot waiting on inspection of it being done. Once on the lot my salesman was Brandon Green who was an amazing salesman willing to help and communicate on every question I had along the way. He made the experience wonderful in not trying to ever force me into anything. From the start he was trying to make me comfortable and feel welcome by bringing few bottles of water. My experience at Bob King Hyundai was great from start to finish. When we arrived we looked a little on our own and then we were greeted by Michael Warren. He was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. When he found out the car was for me and I would be purchasing it, he directed the consultation to me but didn’t exclude my husband. Michael made sure I knew about my new car, was comfortable with it and allowed me to do a once over before purchase. I never felt pressured at any time during the process. 5 stars!!! I had ordered a GV70 from another dealer and was still waiting for it until I saw one on their website. I drove over an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Mohammad Qaddoori was such an amazing salesperson and made the process very easy. Everyone in the building made me feel welcome. This is my 2nd Genesis now and I’m obsessed.
