Doesn't matter how old you are build a bear workshop is always fun. I had lots of fun making a bear . This is fun for people young and old. you'll probably enjoy this. I ended up having a fantastic time creating two bears. This store didn't have the modern white look a lot of the new stores have which I'm quite glad because i don't really like that one as much as the yellow one even though it looks cleaner . If you have kids or you enjoy teddy bears or stuffed animals come here because you can make your own animal. It was really busy and loud inside . People bring they're kids do i expected this. If you want a fun date idea this one is fun maybe have you and your partner make bears that look like each other or remind you of them. I love how personal this experience is . You get to chose a bear add a sound that's pre-recorded or add your voice I've heard of people using they're partners voice or a friends voice . You get to add a scent and a lot of them might remind you of your childhood. I have a bear that i bought in 2019 on new years day and it still smells to this day of July 19 2022 . Then you do the fun heart ceremony. I agree this can kinda be embarrassing as for adults but it's a special part of going here . The you put clothes on it you want and then chose a name .This store is pricey. I spent $20 for the pink cuddles teddy bear and $14-15 dollars on the lil cub brownie . I also spent 3.95 on the cotton candy disc scent for the pink cuddles teddy. The clothes aren't that reasonable either,but assuming you get something generic and not licensed like Harry Potter,paw patrol, Disney... You'll be pretty alright. I found a few things to work at a valid price tag. I found a Florida Gators college football 🏈 t shirt for $7.00 ,camo bear boxers ,used as shorts to keep the final checkout price reasonable for build a bear at a bargain price of $4.00 ,and a Florida glasses 🕶️ shirt at $8.00 . I also purchased a fuchsia paw brush to maintain my older build a bears . Lastly i purchased two cub condos to take them home in . Remember your childhood? I do ... We used to get these free. Oh well. Sorry i was unable to get pictures inside.

I took my daughter here for the first time we flew in from NY for her 4th birthday to do a host of things but I really liked the service I received here from Kiana and Lori. They were both polite, and gave us the full build a bear experience. I loved the way they double checked everything from the sound with her and let her help stuff the teddy bear. I did ask to speak to a manager and left a nice note for them because they deserved it. 100% recommend visiting this store. Great Job!

I cannot begin to show my gratitude towards the amazing staff today at build a bear. I brought my daughter to get a bear to snuggle when she misses her great grandfather who recently passed away, they worked as a team to distract her so I could talk to them, then made certain to make a special heart ceremony so she can hug the bear when missing him. Every step of the way they made sure this was special for her. This team goes above and beyond, not all heros wear capes!

We had a good time for the most part except for one staff member. I took my daughter for her 2nd birthday today and the woman stuffing her bears was really awkward and made me feel super self-conscious and uncomfortable. She also made my daughter feel bad, which is weird to say about a 2 year old, but she picks up on people's emotions pretty fast. She also complained after she handed the bears to my daughter without the strings done and, of course my kid didn't want to give them back to get get the strings done because she's 2. My daughter kept dropping her sticker and the woman acted like it was a huge problem. Then, she acted like it was a problem when my daughter was scared of the sound the machine made when stuffing the bears. Like...I get it. Kids are annoying, especially when there's a process that has to be followed and they don't make things easy. This is why we tried to get there as soon as they opened so we could stay out of people's way but still have fun. Seeing her excitement fade because of this one person was heartbreaking, especially because it was her birthday. I don't see how you can work here and not be aware or comfortable around young children. Outside of this woman, the other staff were very nice and helpful. The prices were actually pretty good and they had an awesome selection of stuffed animals! We plan on going again for our friend's daughter's birthday. I just hope we go on a day when this person isn't working.
