Pretty annoyed right now. I saw they had a new montelpbos Mezcal I haven’t tried but when I went to cash out it was $25 more than listed on the shelf. The cashier didn’t even offer to price match. I’m glad I paid attention and caught it but still bummed out that they didn’t even offer to match the price. My business will be taken elsewhere. Mind you they don’t even have a label for the $65 Mezcal on the shelf it was placed on the shelf in a place with the exact same name for $39.99. I’m currently on hold with Corporate to see if this goes against their policies. Also I wish I would’ve took a picture of the shelf but this all happened so fast and I was so caught off guard. It was literally the exact same brand and type of Mezcal as listed for the wrong price on the shelf. It’s not like it was something totally different or anything like that. Whoever stocked the shelf didn’t know what they were doing and that’s not my fault. I would think a big company like this would honor a price match on some thing like that. I guess they’d rather have an unsatisfied customer who will no longer be showing any support to this company. Side note: I just got home and my one actual purchase was so smashed up I can’t even pop the cans. I feel like this store just sucks royally.

Absolutely horrible! Put a $3200 order in and got my notice this am it was ready. Then 30 minutes later I get 7 emails of everything that was going to be shorted. More than 1/2 of the order. I called and spoke to Michael who said their inventories were all messed up and was sorry. I will NEVER use Total Wine on Cardova in Fort Lauderdale again. Wine connoisseur beware. They should be renamed 1/2 wine not Total Wine.

This is the WORST Total Wine I’ve ever been to. Not only does the lack of knowledge of the store/inventory shine, get this! Can’t count how many times I’ve been in there and spent countless dollars at this location for them to turn me away. I went shopping with my wife to pick up a bottle of Veuve and a bottle of Caymus Vineyards wine. If you’re into wine you know Caymus bottles are expensive. I happened to not have my ID but my wife did. The sad little cashier at the front thought her high horse was a little too high that day and told us she wasn’t selling us the two bottles that totaled $120 because I, a 29 year old woman WITH A REGISTERED ACCOUNT THERE, didn’t have her ID. My wife, 31years old, was also refused because I was standing with her. The excuse? “Its spring break and we just can’t take the chance that you’re buying for your underage friend.” Now anyone under 21, a question for you. Have you ever walked into a total wine looking to purchase a $50 bottle of wine? Trying to get litty on some Voyage 9?! You just lost a loyal, LOCAL RESIDENT. I’ll happily drive to the plantation location for my future needs. The customer service and knowledge out that way is much better anyway.

Well stocked but doesn't match on line inventory. Staff is very helpful. I particularly like the single malt scotch variety in stock.

I believe you might need to have an account via online or the app. However, I recommend contacting the store directly for clarification.
If you are really concerned about the Covid safety practices, go to the website, order and have them deliver.
Not sure but they have a wide variety and if you don't see it they can order it for you
