Ms. Yaniry is amazing and always helpful. Her Customer service Manager skills are always professional. Her thoughtfulness and kindness are always pleasant and sweet. Major negative: This establishment is actually very much not a place to stay for a week, month, or even a day. It’s disgusting. I was in 3 different rooms on different floors, and they all were roach infested. No food in the room and the roaches still are everywhere throughout the hotel. Positives: The staff quickly tried to give me a new room. Friendly staff members. Cleaning crew Sundays and Wednesday’s. Free coffee everyday.
