Not handicapped accessible as advertised. No one knows how to work the pool chair lift. Not crowded. But not the cleanest.

Our first time here today . the water was great.The experience was kind of a drag. My partner and i are disabled. Its tuff for me to climb the ladder,which are slick as .... ! My parner is a heavy woman who could never climb out so they hada lift chair. No one has ever used it so no one knew how. They had to call head life guard from somewhere to help. He came and they got it ready,but he had to leave and was sort of put out that he had to come. Needless to say it was time for us to go he said . We didnt want to leave yet. They manage to operate it and then left.Thanks?? meh. That said, it is a nice pool and great for kids ,but we will not return . Adding stairs in the corner would not trouble anyone and make it easier for those , us, handicapped people to enter and exit the water safely. A word of advice, please train your staff how to use the lift

Not so nad but they only allow 45 minutos in the splash pad and then u yave to leqve u cant even go in the pool
