I think they have a few 2 for $14 specials from time to time as well
They do, but shipping isn't cheap. For example, with one pair of socks in my cart and choosing to ship to NZ, I have two options: priority mail (6-10 business days) for $45 USD or first class (7-21 business days) for $20 USD.
