I would give this place negative stars if I could....worse management staff ever, don't ask them for help because they make you handle situation that are out of your control on your own, then when you do and go ask for help they stated that you did that wrong and KICK you out of the park. My husband and I had a issue with a barking dog I was stated by assistant manager to handle it then when the manager came back she said well I called them and they said they would take care of it, not one person told us they contact them which honestly I don't feel they did. The people with the barking dogs became violent towards us harassing us all the time, but management said it was us, even when we called the police on them they didnt want to listen. To top it off the manager called me screaming at me yelling, cussing it was so rude and disrespectful told us we had 11 days to get out period. When I tried to contact the CEO, COO, CFO of this place they placed me in contact with the managers regional and director of operations which was NOT listening to anything I had to say stated the staff did nothing wrong. The people in the park are so mean and hateful, you have a handful of tenants that are so wonderful, but unless you have stacks and I mean stacks of cash in the bank you are filth to them and they treat you as much as well. If you want a place to stay DONT GO THERE EVER, DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO ELSEWHERE....

Clean. Quiet. Friendly people. We rented a 1 bedroom cottage. It had everything we needed for our stay. Bright and nicely decorated. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. We didnt want to leave!

I stayed here from June 2021 to the end of September 2021. This place is great. I reserved a spot for my RV until Dec., but I closed on a house at the end of September and was not charged a penalty for leaving early. They charged monthly instead of having me pay for my whole reservation up front. Huge lake to fish in, friendly and helpful staff, and the year round residents we also very nice and helpful. They have community events with free food and drinks, laundromat, pool, clean showers, and gyms. I highly recommend staying here.
