Hi this is Jesse Wright with total roofing. Typically no. Most times when we always prefer to replace them with a new modified roll roofing system.
Haven't heard anything like that. They're a good company so can't guess what's going on. They're office is on 17th Ave near the stadium if you want to stop in.
