Hello Paula, yes we are still in business. Upon your request for a reroof proposal for metal and shingle in November of 2017 we completed and mailed both proposals in a timely manner. By mailing you these proposals this means that we were waiting for your response back as the ball was in your court. Once Manatee Roofing mails out a proposal it is in the customers actions to sign the proposal and mail it back to us. We did not receive the proposal back therefore we figured we did not receive your job. Manatee Roofing is sorry for the misunderstanding and we thank you for you business.

Hello Teresa, Yes we are still in business and have been since 1994. Prior to meeting with you in 2017, you stated that you had a roof leak but during your set appointment we discovered that this was not a roof leak but instead a foundation issue. We thought there might have been a slight chance that we could have completed this minor repair, but after discussing your problem with our contractor we came to conclusion that it would be in the best interest of all parties for Manatee Roofing to decline your repair. We are a roofing company and do not specialize in foundation repairs, our license does not permit us to complete foundation work. We informed you during your appointment that it would be in your best interest to hire a company that specializes in foundation repairs. If your issue was a roof leak we would have fixed it in a timely manner but it was not. We are sorry for the misunderstanding, but thank you for your business.
