Worst attitudes, always get the orders wrong. Miserable staff. Ordered a toasted bagel w butter, got an untoasted bagel w haphazard spot of butter not spread. Terrible. Today is the last time I will give them a chance.

Was very disappointed. Went in today for the first time and the workers are beyond disrespectful. The 2 that took my order were literally rolling their eyes and giving attitude. I confronted them but continued to roll their eyes. The food was ok. Ordered their hash brown and it was burnt. Will not come back to this location.

This place needs a new management and training. 2nd time here it’s taking 30+ minutes to get my order & sandwiches aren’t made with love. Sloppy & missing ingredients. People that make food need to be happy people. I do not plan on coming back.

No indoor dining at the moment, but Einstein bagels are still delicious as always. They have a little bit of outdoor seating as well as curbside pickup. Lots of yummy things on the menu, including a new low-carb sous vide egg in a bagel shape. That said, I think my favorite item is still the vanilla hazelnut coffee.
