I would not go here. They deny most applicants. I was denied with a broken collar bone and a torn meniscus so I don’t know how messed up you have to be to qualify.

I was wondering how do I get a card here I'm new in town and I have PTSD

Junior Chavez | Oct 20, 2019
Medical Marijuana Card Doctors of North Phoenix | Oct 20, 2019

With PTSD the Arizona Department of Health Services requires that you show proof of being in "Conventional Therapy" which can be regular counseling, drug therapy like antidepressants, or both. They do this because they are afraid of suicide in people with PTSD. So you have to establish a relationship with a counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist and then get the chart from the visit showing that you are working together.

No. Nausea, anorexia, and abdominal pain are, but you have to have proof of seeking a diagnosis and care for these conditions.
