With PTSD the Arizona Department of Health Services requires that you show proof of being in "Conventional Therapy" which can be regular counseling, drug therapy like antidepressants, or both. They do this because they are afraid of suicide in people with PTSD. So you have to establish a relationship with a counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist and then get the chart from the visit showing that you are working together.
